Study on Burning Surface Regression Algorithm under Erosive Burning Based on CT Images of Solid Rocket Motor Grain

چکیده

The presence of the erosive burning effect during operation a solid rocket motor (SRM) is one most important factors affecting proper motor. To solve effects operating process under burning, synthesis algorithm based on actual CT images proposed to combine Level-set (LS) method with minimum distance function (MDF) for simulation surface regression grain burning. Hamilton–Jacobi control equation can be solved exactly discrete form LS. improve computational efficiency LS method, field initialized and only distortion grid adjusted reinitialization. third-order TVD Runge–Kutta used problem numerical oscillation calculation accuracy. experiments simulate NAWC No. 6 partial which provide main basis performance design propellant. experimental results show that has good applicability three-dimensional complex grains. It realize grains its accuracy high.
